Overview
John B. Parker is an associate in Bouhan Falligant’s Real Estate Practice Group focusing on both commercial and residential real estate. He joined the firm in the fall of 2020 after graduating with honors from Emory University School of Law.
At Emory Law, John was Executive Managing Editor of Emory Law Journal and a student associate for Emory Law Office of Admissions. He received both the David Cohen Scholarship for Leadership and Service to the Emory Law Community and the Mary Laura Davis Award given annually to an Emory Law Journal student for excellence in research and writing.
During law school, John was a legal intern for Denny’s, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC and a law clerk for Thompson Burton PLLC in Nashville, TN. John received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Lipscomb University.
