Overview
Gary McGinty is a Senior Associate in the litigation group at Bouhan Falligant LLP. His practice focuses on the defense of personal injury/wrongful death claims, with an emphasis on trucking and medical malpractice litigation. Gary represents a broad range of clients, including leading transportation insurers, national and regional motor carriers, multinational corporations, hospitals, and physicians. He also has experience handling catastrophic/high-exposure auto accident matters, correctional healthcare cases, and premises liability claims.
A Savannah native, Gary earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
