    Gary J. McGinty is a senior associate at Bouhan Falligant LLP and is part of the firm’s litigation group. His practice focuses on defending trucking companies, medical providers, and their insurers in high-exposure personal injury and catastrophic injury/wrongful death cases. He has achieved favorable results in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations to motions, trial, and appellate practice. Gary represents a diverse client base including leading trucking and professional insurers, motor carriers of all sizes, global and multinational corporations, physicians, medical practice groups, and correctional healthcare providers. In addition to his trucking and medical malpractice work, Gary has experience handling matters involving premises liability, products liability, insurance coverage, complex commercial disputes, employment issues, civil rights violations (Section 1983), and civil RICO.

    A Savannah native, Gary earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University. Outside of work, Gary enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and – most of all – spending time with his wife and two daughters.
