    Bouhan Falligant attorneys offer a broad range of services in the representation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as banks and other financial institutions. We assist with the choice of entity and provide the documents needed to form and effectively operate businesses and non-profit organizations.

    Our attorneys are highly skilled dealing with commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and corporate matters. We can also advise buyers and sellers of businesses and help prepare the documents necessary to bring in new investors (including employees), complete sales or purchases of stock or assets, merge entities, and liquidate businesses. Our clients also often call on us to review and prepare shareholder agreements, operating agreements, employment agreements and similar contracts which business organizations routinely enter into. With respect to non-profits, we can advise as to feasibility, create the proper entity to house your non-profit for charitable purposes, and assist with the application for tax exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service.

    In today’s world, technology is a part of day-to-day operations. Bouhan Falligant’s attorneys are experienced in negotiating and preparing commercial contracts related to the acquisition of information technology assets and related services. The firm also counsels clients on legal issues related to the use of the Internet, mobile devices, social media and emerging technologies.
