Overview
Heather Lundy is a partner with Bouhan Falligant and concentrates her practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate work.
Heather earned her law degree from Georgia State University College of Law, cum laude, in 2010, where she obtained her mediation certificate and mediated over two hundred disputes between landlords and tenants, and was a pupil in the Logan E. Bleckley Inn of Court. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with a minor in history from the University of Georgia, cum laude, in 2006.
Heather is involved in several community organizations. She is past president of the Savannah Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and a member and past president of the Savannah Chapter of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. A graduate of Leadership Savannah, Heather was recognized by Business in Savannah as a GenerationNEXT rising star of business in 2017 and was named by Georgia Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and a Super Lawyer in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024; was named to Best Lawyers in America in 2022, 2023 and 2024, and; was named Georgia Trend Legal Elite in 2023.
Heather lives in Savannah with her husband Brett, their two children, and their rescue dog.
