Overview
Kevin Crouch is a partner with Bouhan Falligant, specializing in estate planning, estate
and trust administration, probate, business and corporate law, and mergers and
acquisitions. His practice focuses primarily on helping individuals, families, and
business owners develop and implement comprehensive estate plans designed to
preserve wealth, protect assets, and facilitate the orderly transfer of property and
business interests.
Kevin has extensive experience advising clients on sophisticated estate planning and
wealth transfer matters, including wills and trusts, tax planning, charitable planning,
business succession planning, and the administration of estates and trusts. His
corporate practice includes business entity formation and structuring, general corporate
matters, mergers and acquisitions, and representation of closely held businesses and
their owners. His combined experience in estate planning and corporate law allows him
to assist business owners with both the planning and transactional aspects of business
succession and wealth preservation.
Prior to joining Bouhan Falligant, Kevin was a partner with a boutique law firm
specializing in estate planning and wealth transfer planning. He also previously
practiced in the areas of healthcare law and litigation. Kevin earned his Juris Doctor
from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2015 and his Bachelor of Arts
from Valdosta State University. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and South
Carolina.
Kevin is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, State Bar of South Carolina, Savannah
Bar Association, and Savannah Estate Planning Council. He serves on the Board of
Trustees of Hancock Day School and has served in leadership and volunteer roles with
several Savannah-area nonprofit organizations.
