Overview
Madeleine Blair is an associate attorney in Bouhan Falligant’s transactional group. Her practice focuses primarily on business and corporate law, commercial real estate, and other transactional matters.
Madeleine earned her law degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, in May 2024. While in school, she served as the executive articles editor of the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law and a school of law graduate teaching assistant.
In May 2021, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in English and French from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
Madeleine has experience in several areas of transactional law. She served as a legal intern at UPS, advising on corporate compliance, employment, and intellectual property. In 2023, she also served as a summer associate with Bouhan Falligant, assisting in transactional and litigation matters.
