A COVID-19 Update
Dear Clients and Friends,
First and foremost, our firm wants to extend our sincere thoughts and prayers to you and your families during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As the situation involving the pandemic continues to evolve, please know that Bouhan Falligant LLP is committed to continuing to support your business and meet your legal needs, and encourages you to let us know if we can offer you, your business, or your family any support during these tumultuous times.
Our attorneys and professionals are equipped with the technology to work remotely as necessary, and we remain fully available. During this time, your calls and e-mails will be answered as expeditiously as possible and we will continue to provide a high level of client service, responsiveness, and expertise. We are mindful of the Supreme Court of Georgia’s Order Declaring Statewide Judicial Emergency, effective March 14, 2020 (http://sbog.informz.net/sbog/data/images/Chief%20Justice%20amended%20order%20_highlighted.pdf), which, among other things, suspends, tolls and extends numerous deadlines and filing requirements until at least April 13, 2020. We will continue to monitor and advise our clients on any impact the current Emergency Order has on litigation, real estate, probate and many other practice areas affected by it. Many court-related functions, such as the filing of deeds and other documents, can be done electronically as needed. We also encourage you to contact Bouhan Falligant LLP should you have any questions concerning the application of the order to a given case or transaction.
