Bouhan Falligant Announces Construction of New Office Building
One West Park Rendering 05.22.16Bouhan Falligant, LLP announced today it will soon begin construction on a new office building at One West Park Avenue, on the south side of Forsyth Park. The three-story, 18,000-square-foot building will be completed in spring 2017.
“For the past several years our firm has been evaluating our need for quarters with more modern technologies and efficiencies. At our new facility, the firm will continue to provide quality advice and counsel for our clients,” said Lea Holliday, managing partner of Bouhan Falligant. “We look forward to being good neighbors and part of all of the exciting growth occurring south of the park.”
The building, which will complement the neighborhood and enhance its surroundings, will be a highly detailed, brick-veneered building with cast stone elements, most closely resembling the monumental architecture from the Federal style period. The primary design features include regularly spaced pilasters, topped with cast stone capitals, which support a classical motif brick entablature. The heavy stone cornice above the pilasters will wrap the entire building. Though the exterior will be traditional, the interior will be clean, crisp and incorporate all of the features of modern efficient office design.
