Bouhan Falligant Associate Recognized with Award

Bouhan Falligant associate Elizabeth Verner was recently honored with the Exemplary Real Property Law Student Award from the State Bar of Georgia. The award recognizes excellent academic performance in at least one upper-level real estate course.

Verner, who was recently sworn into the state bar, practices commercial real estate and commercial litigation at Bouhan Falligant.

The Savannah native graduated from St. Andrew’s School before attending the University of Wisconsin, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. She earned her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2015, where she served as notes editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and worked in the University of Georgia School of Law Family Violence Clinic, which assists low-income clients in obtaining protective orders against domestic abusers.
