Bouhan Falligant Partner Maggie Puccini Installed as Secretary of Savannah Bar Association

Maggie Puccini, a partner at Bouhan Falligant, was recently installed as the secretary of the Savannah Bar Association. Other officers installed included Colin McRae of HunterMaclean as president, Matthew McCoy of McCorkle & Johnson as president-elect, and Robert Hughes, III of Brannen, Searcy & Smith as treasurer. The Savannah Bar Association serves the Savannah legal community by providing members with opportunities to participate in educational, community and social activities.

At Bouhan Falligant, Puccini’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, creditors rights, construction and commercial litigation, mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, representation of condominium and homeowners’ associations, and landlord/tenant disputes.

Puccini received a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Armstrong Atlantic State University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Mercer Law. During her time at Mercer, Puccini was a member of the Mercer Law Review and a participant in the legal writing certificate program.
